With a production facility spanning 40,000 square meters, multiple advanced production lines, and a dedicated in-house recycling system, XPFoam stands at the forefront of technical foam film production.

Every application has unique requirements, which is why we create tailor-made products manufactured on state-of-the-art production lines at our facility in Leutkirch, located in the south of Germany.

Our production is not only advanced but also sustainable due to a closed material cycle that reuses production waste. In our onsite testing lab, we evaluate product properties during the development phase, optimise production processes and ensure consistent high quality through continuous inspections.
