Large-format rolls for the flooring industry for inline pad-application

XP:CellPad is developed individually for industrial customers and tailored precisely to their requirements. The extruded polystyrene foam film (XPS) is supplied in large-format rolls and is optimally designed for laminating flooring panels in automated, high-speed production processes.Laminating the back of floor coverings with our high-performance XP:CellPad foam film specifically improves sound insulation, evens out unevenness in the subfloor and enhances walking comfort.

Folding panels as an underlay for floating floors

By using our XP:CellPad accessory products for the floating installation of laminate, parquet and design flooring, a high-performance flooring system is created. Available in customized versions with customer-specific adaptations and designs, XP:CellPad enhances sound insulation, compensates for minor subfloor unevenness and significantly improves walking comfort. It also protects the floor covering against impact damage. An optional integrated vapour barrier safeguards the flooring from rising damp — collectively contributing to a noticeably higher level of living comfort, durability and overall system performance.
